Usage
This template displays up to 9 notices as a list under a heading.
| {{{Heading}}} | The notices' heading (e.g. Important Notices). It will be displayed bold and is followed by a colon. |
| {{{1}}} - {{{9}}} | The notices which can be other templates. If there is only one notice, it will be displayed right after the heading without a list. |
