Update MailStore Gateway

The printable version is no longer supported and may have rendering errors. Please update your browser bookmarks and please use the default browser print function instead.

Important notice: During the update process, MailStore Gateway is not available and cannot accept or forward emails. Ensure that delivering email servers will retry to deliver emails to MailStore Gateway at a later date.

To update MailStore Gateway, please follow the following steps:

  • Download the current version of MailStore Gateway and save the setup file on the server on which MailStore Gateway is to be updated. [1]
  • Run the setup file and follow the instructions. All settings and data from the previous installation are retained.
  • After the installation, the MailStore Gateway Config Tool opens. Verify the settings and start the MailStore Gateway service by clicking on Start Service.
